Our certified health aides assist clients with daily living activities and personal care duties such as: personal hygiene, light meal preparation, laundry services, food shopping, and/or light housekeeping. Services are provided on an hourly basis.
At Captor, we only employ qualified staff. Each certified caregiver is appropriately licensed in the State of New Jersey for their position. They are also fully insured and bonded.
Our screening process consists of an interview, reference checks, criminal background checks, a pre- employment competency test, and a validation of their license. Active employees are required to attend continuous education programs throughout the year.
