We offer services for as little as one hour per visit, up to and including 24-hour care and everything in between.

Responsibilities:

- Manage administrative duties in Paterson, NJ, overseeing personal health aides’ performance according to New Jersey Department of Health guidelines.
- Conduct outreach to clients and monitor personal health aide performance.
- Provide weekly performance reports to senior coordinators and advise personal health aides based on state guidelines.
- Generate monthly reports for management decisions and action plans.
- Supervise clerical and administrative staff, ensuring efficient scheduling, record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication between personal health aides, clients, and families.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business Administration.
